The Spaces at 10 Elm

Welcome to the Center at 10 Elm, the home of the Boxford Community Center.

We hope the Center will be the perfect venue for your next event, function or activity. Fully accessible, it can accommodate up to 147 guests and has 3 distinct spaces available. With a large multi-purpose room, an outdoor patio, service kitchen, and a spacious entrance lobby. Parking for about 35 cars on site and the addition of the historic “Pony Field” as a venue for outdoor activities.

The Barn is a dynamic 2,400 sf space perfect for larger gatherings: celebrations, annual meetings, lectures and classes. This beautiful, light-filled space can hold up to 15 round banquet tables or can be set up for lectures, movie nights or award ceremonies with a seated capacity of 140 guests.

The Barn is a flex space with a wall divider that can split the space for smaller events.

Barn A is equipped with a state-of-the-art AV set-up, with a large drop screen and sound system. This space is 1,700 sf and can accommodate 9 round tables for banquets or 90 seats for auditorium style events.

Barn B is 700 sf and seats around 36 at our 60” round tables. The space is perfect for smaller classes, discussion groups and social events with comfortable seating for up to 50 people.

Both spaces open onto the outdoor patio.

The Lounge is an intimate setting for small meetings. It is equipped with a pool/conference table, television, wet bar, and electric fireplace. It's the perfect venue to host discussion groups, support groups, book and hobby clubs able to accommodate 8 to 14 guests.

The Center at 10 Elm has a state-of-the-art, commercial-style kitchen. Food may be served with a valid food service permit. Full use of the kitchen is dependent on hiring of a licensed caterer and Board of Health approval. Special Liquor permits need to be approved by the Selectboard prior to any event.
