The 10 Elm Foundation is pleased to present Sourdough Workshops with Boxford resident Sarah Doran, owner of Tiny Joy Bakery.  In this culinary workshop, participants will learn to make bakery quality bread with fresh, real ingredients. Sarah, will demonstrate her mixing, shaping, and proofing techniques.

Workshop Includes:

  • Easy to follow instructions

  • Bakers will take home their own sourdough starter

  • Participants will be involved in hands-on experience mixing and shaping their own loaves, with the option of taking them home to bake!

The 10 Elm Foundation is pleased to present this event as part of the Community Center’s Special Programming. Each $65.00 donation provides and funds community programming and events at the Community Center for all Boxford residents.

What to Expect

Expect a hands-on experience in crafting, fermenting, and baking artisan bread with the opportunity to ask questions and sample a spread of sourdough goodies.

Ages 10 and up*
For beginners and experienced bakers.
